Here are the photos from my deer camera that I was talking about in my last posting. Can you believe 5 buck - 1 strange looking 7 point, a half rack, and a really tall spike. I guess these guys made it through rifle season in pa. Hopefully, their racks will develop better next year.

Pushed out some deer tonight

My dad came over tonight to do some hunting and I was able to go and push for him alittle bit before the end of shooting hours. I did manage to push two small bucks by him, one tall spike and maybe a four point. I also saw about 5 other deer but of course, they went the opposite way from where my dad was standing. We have 4 days left until the end of muzzeloader season. He is going to be going out tomorrow morning since tonight I checked the two cameras I have out in the woods and we got pictures of 5 different bucks passing through the area this morning between 9:00 and 11:00am. A nice 7 point - strange looking with a few odd points on it. A six point, a four point, a tall spike, and a half rack 3 or 4 point. I will post picture soon. These are all nice deer and because I had my camera out after riflle season, we were able to see what deer made it through the hunting season without being taken. We had seen 3 of these deer before the season on our cameras but the other two are new to our cameras. We will definetly be watching them to locate their feeding patterns and habits before the next hunting season begins.

Only 1 more week left for Muzzeloader in Pa

Yes, it is almost time to say goodbye to hunting whitetail deer here in PA. We only have one more week of hunting left for this season. We are concluding the muzzeloader season next week. The weather conditions here haven't helped much, we haven't had any snow to assist us in tracking those whitetails. This does make it hard, we also have had alot of rain. This makes it hard to shoot your muzzeloader due to the dampness in the powder. We will try for one more week to see if we can harvest that big buck we've seen on the cameras.

Here is a Hunt where it really mattered the most. It was a Saturday late morning and I was going to do some edge scoutingbut noticed a lot of deer out and about. I did not have my hunting clothes w/ but did have my bow and some Camo clothing with. I also did not get a chance to shower, But I do religiously take both the Chloroflage tablets along w/ the gum, so I usually feel prettycomfortable. So I grabbed the earth scent and sprayed it all over mysmelly work clothes and covered them w/ some old camo I had with.Because of all the midday movement and the wind howling, I decided to doa little sneak hunting while stopping to rattle behind some of thebetter cover. As I closed my eyes and preparedfor the larger deer out in front of me, I could only imagine the othertwo bucks would pick my scent at any moment, my heart was pounding as Ipeaked around the giant boulder to see the lengthy 10 pt. closing thedistance. By now my total focus was on the deer I was going to kill andcould only hope for a few more seconds of beating the two behind me.Finally the big 10 got to shooting range and I was fortunate to make agood hit on him. Surprisingly as the Big buck tore off into the swamp,the two other bucks circled around trying to see what was going on.They never did detect my scent, which as we all know, has to be next toa miracle, especially on the ground. Anyway, here was the results(photo attached) and I will never go w/out my Chlorophyll products youprovided me with. I look forward to trying your other products on mytrip to Kansas, as I have become a believer based on my experience.
